Desires and Conflicts of life

Three terms, Desire, Conflict and Life are all complex and wide to be summed up. You can only make sense of them through instances and eventualy cloak them under the blanket of Generalism. Trying to point out some aspects of life and giving it a general cloak for future generations to follow is a double edged sword.

There are instances in life where decisions are in conflict with the self and desires are sought for to make life better. Decisions on future life is the talking point in ths blog. Here is a classic case of a Masters Graduation. After Graduation, you have to find a job. Now, the question mark is should a job be done abroad or back in your home country?

This question has perplexed people who have gone to study abroad. Majority stay back, but a certain few go back to their country and give their services. Now, this is offset by two factors, one about money and the other is regarding security. We see a lot of success stories being told of people who have done well abroad. But, nowadays, things are not so clear cut.

Now that the West is slowing down a bit, there is reverse brain-draining, and there is a desire to do well in the home country. Now, the monetary benefits still deter people from going back to their own country. The monetary benefits here in a foreign country are much better than the home country. But, in the era of competition, one wonders as to the level of benefits available in countries

One has to acknowledge that Globalization is bringing in Prosperiety, but only to people who are able to afford the benefits. This is applicable to people who are pursuing their education in a foreign country. The benefits and skills are spreading all over the world in a nutshell, due to economic ties and technological benefits. This has benefited people of countries belonging to several strata.

The conflict of monetary benefit in a foreign country plus the desire to bring skills back to a home country will turn to be the biggest gamble in the cycle of life. Some people may be good gamblers, but one should have focus in this decision making, only then can one be content and fulfilled in life.
