The New beginning

At last, after months of documentation and palnning, i have reached the UK. The new life and a new opportunity now beckon me in Preston, UK. Never will i get a better opportunity than this to polish my skills, develop into a self-reliant individual, save Money and then be good to everyone and everybody.

I surprisingly did not shed tears when i left bhopal. I guess it is just like what my mother said, "You are going to the UK to do what you want. Go ahead with confidence and don't regret anything". I have taken her advice to the word, and i am feeling better about myself in the UK.

Preston is a beautiful town, almost similar to Bhopal. This town is run entirely by students, and so it is a young and vibrant town. It is Wi-Fi town, and hence Internet facilities are available at any point of time. But, in the place where i am staying, there is no Wi-Fi. So, i have to depend upon the Universityu service to communicate. The food is good, the motto being large quantity at a reasonable price, juist what the doctor ordered.

Activity will pick up in the coming weeks, and i will know who are my colleagues and my professors in the Journalism course. In the absence of Newspapers and TV, i will have to keep on writing, so that my skills dont rust up. Here's to the beginning of the New life, and hoping to come out with flying colours
